Refund policy
REFUND/EXCHANGE
We understand shopping online can sometimes be tricky. Whilst we’re confident you will love the Fox and Leo case, if for some reason you’re unhappy, we will gladly offer a refund subject to the following terms:
- Contact us at hello@foxandleo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods, with your full name, mobile number, order number and state the reason for your refund or exchange.
- Follow the steps provided to you in our return email.
- Your item/s must be returned to Fox and Leo in its original packaging, brand new, undamaged and in protective postal packaging, within 30 days from date of delivery. Return of items that don’t meet this criteria will not be accepted.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive your item within the returnable period and confirm it’s in re-sellable condition, we will confirm to you by email whether we can issue you a refund. If it’s for an exchange, we will confirm the exchange by emailing you a confirmation tracking code and post the exchanged item to you.
We highly recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Fox and Leo is not responsible for returns that are not received.

EXCHANGE
If you are exchanging your item, please be mindful that our collections are not bought in heavy volume, so we cannot guarantee that your preferred item will be available at the time of exchange.
REFUND
Once we have processed your return, we will contact you by e-mail. If a refund is applicable, we will process this as soon as possible by the original payment method. Please note that it can take 3 – 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment to appear in your account depending on your method of payment.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE
Quality is our priority at Fox and Leo. Your order is thoroughly checked by our team before being sent your way, and we do our best to ensure your item/s arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us at hello@foxandleo.com.au within 7 days of purchase with a photo of your item. Don’t forget to include your order number.
If the item is deemed damaged or faulty you will be entitled to a full refund including the cost of the return postage.

12 MONTH WARRANTY
All Fox and Leo products are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
Our warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply to stains, marked or torn leather, damage caused by normal wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect or if you change your mind.
We may replace or refund faulty items at our discretion.
Please note that proof of purchase may be required.
The Fox and Leo warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
