Shipping policy

We try to process all orders as soon as we receive them. Please note that during peak dispatch times and SALE times, delivery timeframes may be extended.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES 

The delivery timeframes are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. Fox and Leo will do its utmost to meet the indicated delivery timeframes but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA)

We offer free standard shipping for all orders placed in Australia over $80.

Once sent, orders within Australia should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. Regional areas may take a little longer. 

All of our customers will receive a shipping notification email and tracking number once the order is sent.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing and packing.

Express Shipping

We also offer Express shipping. All orders placed by midday between Monday and Friday will have their order lodged with Australia Post on the same day.

INTERNATIONAL
Fox and Leo offers International shipping to most countries. Please follow the prompts at checkout for International delivery and worldwide shipping.

International deliveries vary greatly depending on destination country - this, unfortunately is out of our control. 

International orders should arrive anywhere between 4 and 20 business days of the order being sent depending on location.

All international orders are charged depending on the weight of the shipment.

TRACKING: Tracking is provided for all international shipments. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours. Once dispatched a tracking number will be provided by email.

TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties & taxes when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary. In most cases our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. However, if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.

In order to ensure the earliest possible delivery of your order, please pay these charges in a timely manner if requested by DHL

BEFORE YOU GO

It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct- we won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If you’re concerned that your order has been lost or misdelivered, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can investigate. You understand that while we’ll investigate your missing order, we make no representations as to responsibility or liability for any lost or misdelivered order. In the event of items lost or damaged in transit, we can elect to either supply another product of the same or similar value, or pass on to you any compensation we can recover from the third party postal service, less our reasonable costs of investigating and applying for any compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees or terminate this agreement and issue a refund or replacement of your order in accordance with this agreement.

Should you have any concerns, please email us at hello@foxandleo.com.au with your order number handy. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for any items lost during shipping.
