Does the Fox and Leo case fit all glasses?
The Fox and Leo case has been carefully designed to fit as many prescription glasses and sunglasses as possible. However, it won’t fit every frame in the market. If you have sports style glasses which have a strong curve in the frame or a pair of super large sunglasses, then then Fox and Leo is not for you. Check out the size chart to see the Fox and Leo case will fit your prescription glasses or sunglasses.
Does the Fox and Leo case come in different sizes?
At this stage it only comes in one size. If there's a high demand for a larger size case we may look at creating one in the future. Please refer to the size chart to see the Fox and Leo case will work for you.
How close is the colour of the cases in real life?
When doing the photography of the product we try to give the truest indication of colour however lighting and screen differences sometimes may slightly alter the colour. The descriptions next to each case are there to help describe the colour you see.
Can I use the Fox and Leo for my prescription glasses and sunglasses?
Yes! This is one of the great features of the Fox and Leo case. It’s been designed to fit both glasses and sunglasses in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Big and small. Making it possible to fit your prescription glasses or your sunnies. So, if you’re out and about you can pull out your sunglasses and replace them with your glasses. One case for both.
What are the dimensions of the Fox and Leo case?
The size of the Fox and Leo case is: 160mm wide x 70mm high
The size of the packaging is 190mm x 100mm x 20mm
Will the Fox and Leo case fully protect my glasses?
The case has been designed to give your glasses or sunnies as much protection as possible. The slimline design does mean the case has two exposed openings to cater for the arms. Depending on where you keep your case dirt may come inside the case if it’s in your bag. We recommend trying to fold over the case as far down as you can to minimise the gap in these exposed sections. And keep your case in clean spaces.
Can I request a different colour?
We are planning to expand our colour range and textures of leather. However, at this stage we have 5 colours in the range. If there’s a colour you’d love to see feel free to contact us, we’d love to hear from you.
Does the Fox and Leo case come in vegan leather?
We are planning to expand the materials we use. This includes looking at a vegan range. The best way to find out when we release a vegan range is to sign up to our newsletter so we can keep you in the loop.
The piece I want is sold out will you be making anymore?
Some of our pieces in seasonal colours are made in small runs. Many times once these sell out we don't make any more. If a piece has been particularly popular and we get a lot of requests we may consider restocking it in that colour.
Where are your pieces made?
The Fox and Leo case has been designed in Australia and are made by a family run business in GuangDong, China.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Quality is our priority at Fox and Leo. Your order is thoroughly checked by our team before being sent your way, and we do our best to ensure your item/s arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, with a photo of your item. Don’t forget to include your order number so we can support you at pace.
My order hasn’t arrived
Please contact us and we will track your item/s. Please note that if you've ordered from outside Australia, we are limited in our capacity to track your item to your door - however we will do our best to support you.
The discount on my order isn’t working?
If you meet the requirements for the discount and it is still not working, please contact us.
Can I modify my order once it is placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can’t be modified.
Track my order?
We will send you an email outlining all tracking information once your item/s have left the building.
Do I have to use AUD when I pay?
Yes. This is our Australian Store and here you will need to pay in AUD. You can purchase anything you like here and we'll send it to you anywhere in the world.
How long will it take to ship my order?

I received the incorrect piece in my order?
If it ever happens let us know and we will arrange for return shipping of the incorrect item and free shipping of the correct item to you ASAP.
Our products are made from premium leather with a PU protective coating. As leather is a natural product and each piece is unique. No piece will be exactly the same as another and some may have natural markings and character which are not faults, but show the natural quality.
Leather is a porous material so to keep your Fox and Leo case in good condition we recommend avoiding coming into contact with water, moisture, oils, perfumes or cosmetics as this can deteriorate the lifespan of the item. Avoid over-exposure to extreme heat or direct lighting.
To clean your Fox and Leo case we suggest using a leather care cream. Do not use water to clean.
If water is spilled, wipe it immediately with a clean cloth. Please avoid rubbing against denim, often the dye in denim is not washed out and can rub off on lighter leather colours, this is hard to remove.
Is there a warranty on the Fox and Leo case?
Our limited warranty covers fault in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. If in the unlikely event this is the case, we will replace or repair your product at our descretion.
This warranty does not cover a leather product that has been damaged by accident, neglect, normal wear and tear or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
To request a warranty claim, please contact us with details about the fault, your order number or name and email address on the order & the team will help you out.
Do you wholesale?

Can the Fox and Leo case be gift wrapped?
All Fox and Leo cases are packaged in beautiful boxes and are delivered with a hand written note to either yourself or to whom you may be gifting it. Please pop a message in the additional notes box if you'd like me to add some special words.
Does the Fox and Leo case come with a cleaning cloth?
We don’t include a cleaning cloth as the Fox and Leo glasses case is super slimline and it won’t fit into the case comfortably with your glasses.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Afterpay is available as a payment method. This allows you to buy now, receive your purchase now and pay over 4 fortnightly, interest free instalments.
